How long will it take for my order to ship?
We will get your order shipped within 1-5 business days of your order being placed. You will receive an email with the tracking number.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Germany, The UK, and Australia If you live elsewhere and you are interested in purchasing, please message me. I will be more than happy to ship to you.
Do you offer wholesale?
Not at this time. But I do offer bulk discounts.

What if I don't like the scent I bought?
We do our best to give detailed descriptions of each candle.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns unless your candle
has not been burned yet.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
We do our best to safely package our candles. However, if your candle arrives damaged please take pictures of the candle and packaging. Email us those pictures to bohemewicks@gmail.com and we will send you a replacement! Please keep the damaged candle and the packaging, this helps us process the insurance claim.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Click here to shop gift cards. Gift cards are sent through email only. A physical card will not be sent. Gift cards never expire.
Monthly Subscription Box
How does the monthly subscription box work?
Each month you'll receive a brand new limited edition Bohemewicks Candle
you won't find anywhere else. Your plan will be month-to-month (unless
you purchase a prepaid plan): you will be charged each month on your
billing date for the next month's subscription box.
Do I need to repurchase every month?
Nope! Your payment will automatically be processed and your subscription
box will automatically be sent out to you! Once you've signed up, you
are good to go.
How much does it cost?
$36/month + applicable sales tax. You will be charged this amount on the date of your first subscription purchase every month.
What size candle will I get?
Our subscription box candles are always our standard size 7.6 oz / 217 g wooden wick candle.
Where can I sign up?
To start receiving monthly subscription boxes, simply purchase our monthly subscription box here.
How can I skip a month or pause my subscription?
You can skip or cancel your subscription at any time. Simply login to your account here
to view your account order history page. Find the 'Subscriptions' link
under your Account Details. From here you will have the option to skip,
pause or cancel your subscription. You can skip whichever upcoming month you want.
However, in case of an allergy or aversion to a scent, you can contact us and we can send you another candle from our current collection in place of that month's sub box.
When will I be charged?
Your billing date will be the day you purchase the box, and you will always be charged on that date moving forward. Please contact us if you need to change your monthly billing date.
For example, if you purchased your first subscription box on the 20th of a
month, you will be charged every month on the 20th until cancellation.
When will I stop getting monthly boxes?
You will continue to receive monthly subscription boxes until you cancel your subscription.
When is each scent available?
The scent is available for the duration of each month. So, February's
scent will be available from January 1st to January 31st, March's scent
will be available from February 1st to February 28th, and so on. So be
sure to order before the last day of the month if you want the scent for
the following month.
When will my order ship?
Subscription box orders begin shipping the first day of the month. So,
January's subscription boxes will start shipping on or before January
3rd, February's on or before February 3rd, and so on.
How much is shipping?
Subscription box shipping within the U.S. is free! If you are placing an
order with more than just your monthly subscription candle, you will
have to pay shipping for those item(s).
I decided I don't want my box, can I have a refund?
We are unable to offer refunds on subscription box purchases except in extreme circumstances. We are able to offer store credit in the form of a gift card if you would like to cancel your subscription before receiving your candles.
How can I gift a subscription?
Choosing from one of our prepaid plans is a great option for gifting to
someone you love! Simply type their name and address at checkout. You
may add a free gift note on your first box by typing your message under
"Special order instructions" on the cart page before checking out.

You will earn points each time you place an order on Bohemewicks Candles using your customer account.
$1 spent = 3 points
You can redeem these points for $ off your next order(s).

Enter your birthday by clicking the rewards icon in the bottom right corner of our site to earn 200 points on your birthday.

You can view your points by signing in to your customer account and clicking the rewards icon in the bottom right corner of our site.

You can redeem your points by signing in to your customer account and clicking the rewards icon in the bottom right corner of our site.
If your point balance is 500, you may redeem 500 points for $5 off, 1000 points for $10 off, 2000 points for $20 off and 5000 points for $50 off.
